  1. PRIMERO. DEJAR SIN EFECTOS la providencia proferida el 8 de mayo de 2026 por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Bochalema, con ocasi�n de la acci�n de tutela presentada por Juan Carlos Calder�n Moncada contra Consorcio CI y AFP Porvenir S.A.
  2. SEGUNDO. REMITIR , por conducto de la Secretar�a General de la Corte Constitucional, el expediente ICC-5418 al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Bochalema para que, de manera inmediata, tramite el proceso y adopte la decisi�n a que haya lugar en relaci�n con la acci�n de tutela en curso.
  3. TERCERO. ADVERTIR al Juzgado 011 Laboral Municipal de Medell�n que siempre que proponga un conflicto de competencia en materia de tutela, este debe ser resuelto teniendo en cuenta lo establecido por la Ley 270 de 1996 y conforme la jurisprudencia constitucional.
  4. CUARTO. Por conducto de la Secretar�a General de la Corte Constitucional, COMUNICAR esta providencia a la parte accionante, al Juzgado 015 Penal Municipal con Funci�n de Conocimiento de C�cuta y al Juzgado 011 Laboral Municipal de Medell�n. Notif�quese, comun�quese y c�mplase.
